How to use the Support Chat

One of the 4YouSee support channels is chat, you can open a ticket directly from your Manager account or on our support page, learn how:

To open the chat with a 4YouSee agent, open your Manager on the home screen and click on the pulsating icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

Clicking on the icon will open two options. Online chat or a contact form. Choose the option you want to speak with one of our experts.
