RSS Feeds download news atuomatically when they are associated to a player or a layout, once an hour automatically. But it is also possible to do this process manually.
In the main menu click on 
(1) > RSS Feeds (2), locate the RSS feed you want and click Get New News (3).
After clicking on Get Fresh News a message will appear informing you how many news from this RSS feed have been downloaded..
If the RSS feed is associated with a player, the news will be shown on that player's screen.
