You can personalize your 4YouSee Manager account and leave it similar to your company's parameters as possible. The following customizations are available:
- Change of the 4YouSee logo for your company logo.
- Definition of the title of the tab of your browser.
- Definition of the footer text.
- Keep help center button hidden.
- Modify the access URL to 4YouSee Manager (available only on Enterprise plans)
Below we detail how to make each customization:
1. Change of 4YouSee logo for your company logo.
When you change the 4YouSee logo for another image, this image will be shown in all 4YouSee Manager menus, in addition to being shown in the reports. To load the new image:
Access the Account Information functionality, through the menu 
.
Then you must go to the Appearance (1) and select the image (2) that you want to load. the window looks like the following::
Finally Click on modify to see the reflected change.
2. Title of your Browser Tab.
To define a title for your 4YouSee Manager in the browser tab, do the same process described above, however this time the parameter is SCREEN TITLE:
The screen will show you the field, Value. Type the text you want to appear in the screen title and click on the Modify button. The new title will be displayed immediately.
3. Footer Text.
To define a new footer text for your 4YouSee Manager, do the same parameter modification process described in the previous steps, keeping in mind that this parameter will be TEXTO_RODAPE:
The screen will show you the field, Value. Type the text you want to appear in the footer and click on the Modify button. The new footer will be displayed when you log out and login again.e nuevo.
4. Hide the Help Center Button.
The helpdesk access button can hide it. See below how to do it:
To hide the help button, do the same parameter modification process shown in the previous customizations, however this time the parameter is called DISPLAY HELP CENTER:
On the displayed screen, in the Value field, type N to not show the help center button. Click on the Modify button and the help center button will be hidden immediately.
In case you want to show the help center button again, edit the parameter placing an S in the Value field
5. Modify the access URL to 4YouSee Manager
You can configure how users access their 4YouSee Manager account. For example: manager.mycompany.com
For this you must have the domain of the URL and have information from the domain provider of your company. Then, contact 4YouSee through the email support@4yousee.com, and tell us that you want a personalized domain and what will be the access URL. The 4YouSee team will configure what is necessary to share an IP that you must configure on your server. You must access the domain DNS administrator of your provider and create an entry type A, with the name of the IP shared by us and the address that you have shared with us.
