Attention: For the execution of more than 1 player on a computer, the hardware requirements will increase proportionally to the number of players you will have on the same computer.
Teniendo un player configurado y online, entonces debe seguir los siguientes pasos.
- Step 1: click on Configuration icon (1).
The screen with the player settings will be displayed. And the port number is entered at the bottom of the screen.
The default port number to display is 48567.
- Step 2: Close 4YouSee Player.
- Step 3: Stop the player. To learn how to stop Robot, read How to stop 4YouSee Player on Linux
- Step 4: Open the settings.json file inside home/.4yousee. If you can't find it press CTRL + H to see the hidden files.
As the example in the file below
If you don't want to type everything from the previous image, 4YouSee gives you these files so that when you open them you can copy and replace the content of them in your settings.json file. Each file can use it depending on the number of players it will configure. For 1 Player, for 2 Players, for 3 Players or for 4 Players.
In the folder selection step, store the files, use a different folder for each player. We recommend putting a name in the folder that identifies the Player. For example, let's configure 3 players with the following IDs 1, 2, 3. We can create the folder for each Player (1) with the following name Player-1, Player-2, Player-3.
After this step, select the folder (1) corresponding to each player and click Open (2).
Each player must have a different ID.
Step 9: After creating the players, wait for them to be in the position established in step 5 and with the size that you entered in that step.
Done, configuration is completed.
